The waves of January

Whatever you do, Erika, please don’t run away from the feelings, repress them, project them, or otherwise block them.
Recognize discomfort and embrace it.
It’s okay to say: “I feel shitty, and I don’t know why.”
It’s okay to say: “I’m angry, and I don’t know how to fix it.”
There is nothing wrong with thinking: “This doesn’t work for me, but I have no idea what my alternatives are.”
I promise you one thing.
Soon after you get thought the waves of January, and accept the changes, it will bring into your life; you’ll understand your objectives for the year mutch more cleary.
Once you find yourself with that clarity, you’ll know your approach should be too triggering the personal changes.
This year is ecouraging. You know.
But, for now, just let yourself feel.
